We've partnered with Adaptaa to create our unified Mental Wealth at Work programme for teams and organisations.
Our approach is based on Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT), which has been shown - in robust trials - to lead to significant improvements in mental wellbeing and effectiveness at work, significantly reducing sickness absence and enhancing innovative problem-solving skills. ACT develops psychological flexibility by developing two linked skills: mindfulness and engagement with values actions.
We complement our ACT approach with evidence-based tools from positive psychology and the latest neuroscience research. This programme builds on strengths and values, enhancing engagement, and leading to increased wellbeing and effectiveness.
