Our Mental Wealth at Work programme is based on positive psychology, emotional intelligence and other evidence-based insights that have been shown to lead to improvements in mental wellbeing and effectiveness at work, significantly reducing sickness absence and enhancing innovative problem-solving skills. The core skill we work with you to develop is psychological flexibility - through mindfulness and engagement with values-based goals.
We've partnered with Adaptaa to deliver this programme, ensuring it is a good fit for leaders, managers and their teams in both the corporate and healthcare sectors.
Our 5-week ‘Whole Health’ course helps you develop satisfaction, vitality, happiness and better health, using mindfulness and values-based goal-setting. The course offers knowledge, mindfulness skills and coaching tools to help you translate your learning into positive action, even in the midst of a busy life. This course will be valuable to anyone, whatever their current state of health. This might be particularly helpful for professionals who feel worn out, find it hard to strike a good work-life balance, have some health concerns, or who have trouble sleeping.
I will be working with participants to develop awareness of 'internal barriers' to living life fully, AND giving you skills to carry on moving towards meaning, joy and health, even when these barriers show up. Each participant may have a different area of health they want to focus on, and I will share information/ learning about sleep, diet, exercise, mental wellbeing, and how to enrich relationships.
Participants from previous seminars have fed back that they feel inspired, hopeful, and calm, they sleep better, and are energised.
