Our 'Mental Wealth at Work' programme combines positive psychology, emotional intelligence and emotional agility skills to develop resilience in your executives and teams.
We've created just the programme for you - our practical foundation programme is modularised so that it can be tailored to your needs, by combining the different units of the programme in a bespoke manner.
It is based on research insights on how to strengthen mental wellbeing in the workforce, thus improving effectiveness at work, reducing sickness absence and enhancing innovative problem-solving skills. Participants have plenty of opportunity for experiential learning in order to develop the skills that will keep them healthy, satisfied and effective members of their teams.
We've partnered with Adaptaa to deliver this programme, ensuring it is a good fit for leaders, managers and their teams in both the corporate and healthcare sectors.
Our ‘Whole Health’ course deepens your wellbeing, using mindfulness and values-based goal-setting. It emphasises translating your learning into positive action, even in the midst of a busy life.

Interested in coming for a gloriously replenishing weekend retreat of yoga and mindfulness to help you move towards greater wellbeing?
Dr Jennifer Napier has teamed up with Dr Thuli Whitehouse to run yoga and mindfulness retreats for doctors. The most recent retreat was in October 2017, and we explored the theme 'Finding Balance in a Busy Life' through physical and personal development practices. The doctors who took part took away tips for managing stress in daily life, and enjoyed the sense of calm and nurture the weekend offered, with many returning for future retreats.
