Towards Contentment

I'm looking forward to facilitating this workshop, offering an introduction to ACT-based approaches to living 'the good life'. There are proven ways of reducing stress, depression and fatigue in life, which help move us towards fulfilment and flourishing. The basic approach is the same for everyone, and can be tailored to each individual to have even more leverage. I'm offering a fun and inspiring way for each of us to grow that which matters to us in life.
